- Let all the guests know the theme of your party, so that they have enough time to prepare costumes.

- If you order all the above mentioned things via Internet, make sure you do it at least 2 weeks before the occasion, so that there will be no problems with delivery dates.
- Send the birthday party invitations not later than a month to your birthday. In this case everybody will have the opportunity to prepare.
- Don't forget about such mark in your invitations as RSVP. And try to call the people who don't answer just two days before the occasion.
- Order a cake even if you are going to bake one.
- Don't forget about special transport if you are going to celebrate your birthday in some cafe or in the country.
There are also different things concerning food and drinks. Everything depends on your birthday party ideas, but I offer you advice to order just the additional food and drinks. It will be better if these things are unnecessary than someone is hungry.
And of course, don't forget about birthday party games. Just try to play them several days before the party so that you will know its drawbacks and will exclude some of them.
